Coliseum Capital Reports a $14.8 Million $SONO Buy

Every day, we sift through the filings to spot where the real conviction lies – cutting through the noise to highlight the most meaningful insider moves.

Here's what stood out today:

📌 Sonos Inc $SONO – Coliseum Capital just dropped $14.8 million on shares.

That’s a monster open-market buy from a familiar activist. This isn’t Coliseum’s first rodeo with Sonos – and, clearly, it’s not done building.

📌 Newegg $NEGG – Vladimir Galkin is back at it with another $5.9 million purchase.

He’s been loading up all month. Hard to ignore this kind of consistent conviction in a speculative name that’s squeezing higher.

Here’s The Hot Corner, with data from July 29, 2025:

📌 Enterprise Products $EPD – Director John Rutherford stepped in with a $470,000 buy.

Classic midstream energy name, steady accumulation. Might be worth watching if crude’s setting up for a move.

📌 Centene Corp $CNC – Director Theodore Samuels II reported a $248,000 purchase.

This is one to watch after shares have plummeted more than 50% in July alone.

Stay tuned. We'll be back Thursday with more insider activity.
