Vladimir Galkin Reports a $6 Million $NEGG Purchase

Every day, we sift through the filings to spot where the real conviction lies – cutting through the noise to highlight the most meaningful insider moves.

Here's what stood out today:

📌 Newegg Commerce $NEGG – Vladimir Galkin filed a Form 4 for $6 Million.

That’s another multi-million purchase in a speculative e-commerce name.

Galkin’s conviction streak continues.

📌 BellRing Brands $BRBR – The chief legal officer and multiple directors filed for a combined $295,000 worth of their company’s stock.

These purchases come on the heels of a 33% cut in market cap after disappointing earnings last quarter.

Maybe this is a forced vote of confidence, or maybe its company operators spotting a bargain.

📌 Centuri Holdings $CTRI – Legendary investor Carl Icahn raised his 13G stake from 7.22% to 9.00%.

Even Icahn sees value in regulated gas utilities. This purchase caught our attention as this recent issue attempts to resolve a reversal base.

📌 Congressional Corner – Rep. Tim Moore
Rep. Moore disclosed a basket of buys spanning everything from semis to healthcare and consumer stocks.

  • CNC $Centene ($75,000 to $250,000)
  • V $VisaUNH $UnitedHealthDNUT $Krispy KremeINTC $IntelHOG $Harley-Davidson ($15,000 to $50,000)

Worth watching for timing, especially when it comes to UNH and CNC.
