Every weekend, I dig into our insider activity tracker looking for the biggest conviction buys — and this week, there’s a mix of biotech, asset management, industrials, and political filings making headlines.
Here’s the most notable activity:
Leading the way, MBX Biosciences $MBX grabbed attention with a massive $12 million insider buy by director Patrick J. Heron.
That’s one of the largest single purchases we’ve seen this week and a clear sign of confidence from the top.
In asset management, Prospect Capital $PSEC saw both the CEO and COO step in with a combined $3.5 million in shares.
When top executives put their money where their mouth is, it’s always worth noting.
Over in industrials, Kodiak AI $KDK caught our eye as Soros Fund Management disclosed a 5.70% stake.
Guidewire Software $GWRE also showed institutional conviction, with Linonia Partnership reporting a 5.00% stake.
And finally, political filings continue to stand out. Rep. Cleo Fields made notable purchases in both Amazon $AMZN and Apple $AAPL.
While he’s bought other big names, these two stand out this week because of the size of the purchases — $165K–$400K in Amazon and $150K–$350K in Apple.
